TEE TIME PROCEDURES

In May, June & September, first start time is 8:30 am & every 10 minutes thereafter. In July & August, first start time will be 8:00 a.m.
Tee time sign up form is emailed two weeks in advance and tee time confirmation is sent by the Proshop on Monday the week before scheduled play.

CANCELLING or REQUESTING A TEE TIME

If you must cancel a tee time, or request one, call Scarlett Woods Golf Course directly. They maintain and update all tee times.
If you are cancelling, please let your foursome partners know as well.

RAIN DAYS

Are determined by Scarlett Woods. If you are scheduled to play, show up ready to play. Not showing up, will be considered a "no show". Too many "no show" and the City may remove your name from the league.

If it is raining prior to tee off and Scarlett Woods calls a rain day, no attendance credit will be given.
If you start to play before the rain starts and are rained out credit will be given for a game played.
If it is a light rain and you need the credit, you can play as few or as many holes as you like and you will be given credit.

DAY OF GOLF

Arrive at the golf course 30 minutes before your tee time. Pay for golf in the Pro Shop, and IMMEDIATELY check with the other members of your foursome before going down to the starter.
Follow the starter’s instructions. It is common to have to adjust the tee time groups when there are cancellations or late-comers.

REQUIRED GAMES

A minimum of 8 games must be played to ensure membership the following year. Please inform the Membership Coordinator if health issues prevent playing to OLGCmemership@gmail.com
Membership fees are non refundable
